Marissia trained as a singer at Brighton Institute of Modern Music. She then went on to study Musical Theatre where she developed as a well-rounded performer. Interested in keep growing as an artist, Marissia continued her studies in method acting and carries on honing her stage craft.

From being the lead singer of hard rock and jazz bands to taking part in musical theatre productions, Marissia has a variety of performance experience and loves being on stage. She is also a songwriter and a recorded artist and has been involved in many diverse projects like metal albums and R’n’B tracks.

Marissia loves to keep up with the charts and explore new music in order to expand her repertoire. She continues writing new songs and poems and experimenting with new ways to incorporate music into theatrical plays. Marissia is also a vocal and acting coach.
